We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but course conditions, opening hours, prices and availability may change. Please confirm important details with the club before travelling.

Bookings

A booking request is not confirmed until the club provides confirmation. Tee times may be adjusted or cancelled due to weather, maintenance, safety concerns or other operational reasons. Any deposits, cancellation windows and refund rules should be stated clearly in the club’s booking process.

Course Etiquette and Safety

All players must follow club rules, course signage and reasonable instructions from staff. Play safely, remain aware of other golfers and do not hit until the landing area is clear.

Conduct and Facilities

Visitors are expected to treat staff, members, guests and club facilities with respect. Access to particular facilities may be subject to opening hours, dress guidance, event schedules or membership category.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, photography and design assets are owned by or licensed to the club. Do not reproduce them without permission.

Liability and Updates

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. The club may update website content and these terms from time to time.
